(2) Good bonding performance, not easy to loose, and can be punched into parts of various shapes.
(3) It has good thermal insulation performance and can be used as thermal insulation material.
(4) The structure is compact and the pores are small, which can be used as a good filter material. It has good wear resistance and can be used as a polishing material.
Generally speaking, the materials for making calligraphy and painting felt are mainly wool or chemical fiber. Due to the difference in materials and techniques, various kinds of calligraphy and painting felts are produced. First of all, in terms of materials, some calligraphy and painting felts are made of pure wool. The pure wool calligraphy and painting felts are divided into domestic wool (first-class calligraphy and painting felt) and imported wool (super-grade calligraphy and painting felt). In terms of craftsmanship, some calligraphy and painting felts are wrapped with relatively dense cloth, some are only edge-banded with threads, and some are directly cut without any processing.
